A GPES Report is the new CV, with all the relevant factual information within a secured encrypted report.

With a CV, it only ever has non factual information, your potential employer will still have to do the checks to confirm all the information on your CV is correct - this may or may not affect your chances of getting the job.
Having a GPES Report will give the employer the capability to offer you the position on the spot.
When looking for another position, the process is normally, Agency > Send CV > Interview > Hopefully Job Offer. The problem is most people may or may not update their CV or in some cases not even have one. Your future employer will not see anyone without a CV.
The next case is that they then start the process of asking a company such as ourselves to do the screening checks to confirm all is well with the applicant.
